  • Charles Collier is an agent and talent manager, a producer and a lawyer.  He is the founding partner of Chalcot Square Arts and Media Management.

    Charles was educated at Cambridge University, where he graduated with First Class Honours in Theology and Philosophy. He completed his postgraduate legal training at The Inns of Court School of Law, London.

    As a producer, Charles’ credits include five seasons of the award-winning dramas TOP BOY (Channel 4/Netflix) and THE PURSUIT OF LOVE (BBC/Amazon).

    Charles was a founder of Tavistock Wood in 2005. The agency quickly emerged as one of Europe’s leading talent agencies. In 2018, Tavistock Wood merged with The Curtis Brown Group which was then subsequently acquired by UTA. Charles established his own production label Open Book Productions in the same year.

    Charles trained as a corporate finance lawyer with the Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy, going on to develop his own specialised legal practice in IP management, film and television production, and publishing. Charles advises corporate commercial clients across the film and fashion industries. He has worked extensively with industry leaders such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bulgari, Burberry, Montblanc and L’Oréal.

  • Eleanor Johnson is an agent and talent manager. Hailing from a background in film and television development, she joined Tavistock Wood in 2018 and became a talent and literary agent during her five years at the company.

    Eleanor is a partner at Chalcot Square. She works together with a community of high-profile actors, directors and writers, managing various film and television projects and brand partnerships.

    Eleanor joined Open Book Productions in 2021. She served as Development Executive for the series THE PURSUIT OF LOVE (BBC/Amazon). Development projects currently under her watchful eye include Alan Rusbridger’s RACE TO THE CODE and Katherine Rundell’s feature film adaptation of ONE DOG AND HIS BOY.

    Eleanor was educated at Exeter University, graduating with a First Class Honours in English Literature. 

  • Cornelius Medvei is a lawyer with a distinguished career in major law firms, including over 25 years as a partner at Eversheds where his roles included London Senior Partner.

    Cornelius has served as a Governor of Southbank Centre, Chair of Cockpit Arts, a member of the Board of Whitechapel Gallery and has held roles as both a members and the chair of various other arts, educational and professional boards.  

    Following Eversheds, Cornelius was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, a senior consultant to DLA Piper and General Counsel at Fenwick Limited.

    Cornelius joined Chalcot Square in 2023 as a senior consultant to provide advisory and strategic expertise. He also heads up Endellion Film Finance, an initiative launched by Chalcot Square to back emerging talent in the indie film community.

  • Daisy Woodley grew up in Oxfordshire and was educated at the University of McGill in Montreal, Canada. She joined Charles and Eleanor as a member of their team in 2021, moving with them to Chalcot Square in 2023.
